Return window

You can return items within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
• Faulty or incorrect items can be returned at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email contact@ogzone.shop with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. For faulty or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are refunded only for faulty or incorrect items.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
